Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company’s social media profiles across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
• Create and publish engaging posts, reels, stories and other social media content.
• Develop and execute monthly social media content calendars.
• Write creative captions, posts and promotional content aligned with the brand.
• Coordinate with the design and content team for creatives, videos and campaigns.
• Monitor social media trends, hashtags and competitor activities.
• Increase engagement, followers, reach and overall brand visibility.
• Respond to comments, messages and enquiries professionally and promptly.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests and promotional activities.
• Track social media performance and prepare regular reports on reach, engagement and growth.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to support lead-generation and promotional campaigns.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, formats and platform algorithms.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate with good communication and creative skills.
• 1–2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing preferred. Freshers with relevant knowledge may also apply.
• Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
• Basic understanding of Canva and video/reel editing tools will be an advantage.
• Strong writing, proofreading and content-creation skills.
• Creative mindset with an understanding of current social media trends.
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
• Candidates who are proactive, creative and willing to learn are preferred.
• The person should have following skills
• 1. Social media management, in and out! Paid unpaid viral everything
• 2. They should have the basic idea of video production, editing, UX/UI and Aesthetics
• 3. Should be interested in upcoming innovation and AI trends
• 4. Brilliant grammatical and communication skills
• 5. Creative individual with previous experience

Compensation & Working Details

Working Hours: To be discussed.

Work Location: Noida – In Person

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
