About the Role

LinkJet Solutions is looking for a Social Media Executive / Manager who is genuinely interested in learning digital marketing, content creation and social media growth.

This role is not just about posting content on Instagram or Facebook. You will learn how brands use digital platforms to attract attention, build an audience, generate leads and grow their business.

We welcome freshers. You don’t need to know everything from Day 1. What matters to us is your willingness to learn, take responsibility and work with different brands.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage social media accounts for assigned clients across Instagram, Facebook and other digital channels.

* Understand each client’s business, target audience, products/services and marketing goals.

* Help plan monthly content ideas, reels, campaigns and social media strategies.

* Visit client locations in Chennai for content and reel shoots when required.

* Have a basic understanding of how to shoot good-quality content using a mobile phone or camera.

* Coordinate with clients regarding shoot dates, content requirements and approvals.

* Coordinate with video editors and assign videos with clear editing instructions and references.

* Follow up with editors and ensure content is completed within deadlines.

* Review edited videos before sending them for client approval.

* Write or support the creation of hooks, captions, CTAs and basic reel concepts.

* Stay updated with Instagram trends, trending content formats, reels and competitor activities.

* Understand basic social media performance metrics such as reach, views, engagement, leads and conversions.

* Work closely with the marketing team to understand how content can support brand awareness, lead generation and sales.

* Is genuinely interested in marketing and digital platforms.

* Wants to learn how businesses grow through Instagram, Facebook and digital marketing.

* Has basic knowledge of social media and content creation.

* Is comfortable communicating and coordinating with clients.

* Is willing to travel to client locations for shoots.

* Has a basic idea of camera angles, framing, lighting and reel shooting.

* Can coordinate with multiple team members and manage deadlines.

* Is responsible, organised and willing to take ownership of assigned clients.

* Is curious about why certain content works and why some content doesn’t.

* Is willing to learn from feedback and improve continuously.

Compensation & Growth

The first 2 months will be a training/probation period with a stipend of ₹15,000 per month.

After successful completion of the first 2 months, your performance will be evaluated based on your:

Based on the evaluation, the full-time salary will be fixed in the range of approximately ₹2.5 LPA to ₹4 LPA.
