We're Hiring: Social Media Brand Executive (Night Shift)

Location: Noida Sector 68 (Onsite)

Shift: 7:30 PM 4:30 AM - Cab facility from both sides

Experience: 1-4 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging social media content including reels, videos, graphics, memes, and interactive posts.
• Develop staffing industry-focused content highlighting services, workforce trends, and company initiatives.
• Manage and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
• Edit videos and create visually appealing designs using Canva and Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Capture high-quality photos and short-form videos for marketing campaigns.
• Monitor social media performance, analyze metrics, and generate reports.
• Collaborate with HR, Recruitment, and Marketing teams to align content with business goals.
• Stay updated with social media trends, viral content, and emerging formats.
• Ensure all content is consistent with brand guidelines and compliance standards.

Must-Have Skills:

• Canva
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Strong Photography & Videography Skills
• Content Creation & Social Media Management
• Reels, Video Editing & Graphic Design
