Social Media Intern

#MKAFnB are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Intern to support our digital content and online engagement efforts. This role is ideal for someone passionate about content creation, social media trends, and storytelling across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, edit, and produce engaging photos, short videos (Reels & TikToks), and visual content for multiple platforms.
• Create, schedule, and post content consistently on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu.
• Write compelling captions and adapt content to suit each platform’s style and algorithm.
• Monitor comments and engage with our community to build stronger audience relationships.
• Research trending topics and contribute fresh ideas for campaigns and content series.
• Track basic performance metrics and help optimize future content.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or related field.
• Strong interest in social media, digital marketing, and content creation.
• Basic skills in video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro) are an advantage.
• Creative mindset with good storytelling and visual sense.
• Good written and verbal communication skills (English & Bahasa Malaysia).
• Possess own transport as our office is non accessible by Public Transport.
• Familiarity with current social media trends and platform algorithms is an added advantage.
