Social Media Intern

The Social Media Intern will support the management of Halodoc’s social media channels (e.g., Instagram, Threads, TikTok, and other relevant

platforms), with a focus on content ideation, publishing, audience engagement, and performance analysis. The role will also support social media

recruitment activities and assist the Social Media team with other projects, such as affiliate or campaign initiatives, when needed.

Details of Job Responsibilities :

1. Assist in developing content ideas based on social media trends, audience insights, and content performance.

2. Support content execution, including scheduling, and publishing posts across relevant social media platforms.

3. Monitor and engage with the audience by responding to comments, DMs, and other interactions on Halodoc’s social media accounts.

4. Monitor content performance and prepare simple reports covering views, reach, engagement, and follower/subscriber growth.

5. Collaborate with the Social Media team to execute campaigns, promotional activities, affiliate initiatives, and other social media projects.

6. Assist with social listening and identify relevant trends, audience conversations, and content opportunities.

Job qualification / Requirements:

1. Currently enrolled university student, preferably majoring in Advertising, Communication, Marketing, or a related field.

2. Have a strong interest in social media, content creation, and digital trends.

3. Previous experience in social media through internships, part-time work, or campus projects is a plus.

4. Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, Threads, and other social media platforms, including current trends and basic platform algorithms.

5. Creative, communicative, and comfortable appearing on camera when needed.

6. Basic picture and video editing skills using tools such as CapCut and Canva are a plus.

7. Able to work with deadlines, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.

8. Proactive, adaptable, and enthusiastic about exploring new ideas and challenges.

9. Able to work collaboratively in a team while managing individual tasks independently.

10. Willing to work from the office (WFO) at least once a week.
