Key Responsibilities

• Participate in weekly content creation across social platforms (short-form videos, graphics, captions, scheduling content, trend research).
• Create aesthetic, brand-aligned visuals for posts, stories, and evergreen content
• Collaborate with the social team to align on campaign needs and publishing cadences
• Organize content libraries and upload final edits to shared team folders
• Supporting the development of long-form YouTube video projects and storytelling series, including concept research, video editing support, and production coordination.
• Tracking content growth and performance insights through reporting, analytics reviews and competitor research
• Identifying opportunities to improve engagement or conversions.

Qualifications

• Strong content creation skills across video and visual formats
• Proficiency in Video editing
• Proficiency in tools like CapCut, Canva, InShot, Adobe Premiere Pro
• Familiarity with social media analytics
• Performance reporting
• Familiarity with basic graphic design
• Copywriting and Trend research
• Familiarity with content planning and scheduling tools
• Creativity and an eye for detail, aesthetics, and brand consistency
