Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of social media campaigns aligned with marketing goals.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance using tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics, and native platform insights to optimize engagement.
• Conduct social listening to track brand mentions, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform content strategies.
• Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing graphics and videos using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Manage scheduling of posts and updates across multiple channels using social media management tools.
• Assist in tracking digital marketing performance metrics and prepare reports to measure campaign success and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or related field.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices for content marketing.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator; familiarity with video editing tools is a plus.
• Experience with social listening tools like Hootsuite or Buffer; knowledge of web analytics including Google Analytics is preferred.
• Excellent written communication skills with an eye for proofreading and content writing.
• Basic knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, and digital marketing performance monitoring techniques.
• Ability to analyze data from social media analytics tools to derive actionable insights.
