Role Overview:

Drive AgroStar's social media presence through creative content, trending formats, Reels, campaigns, and workplace culture storytelling while gaining hands-on experience in content creation and digital marketing.

The Role:

• Create engaging content for AgroStars social media platforms.
• Stay updated on trending formats, audios, and social media trends.
• Assist in creating Reels, posts, stories, and campaign content.
• Brainstorm creative ideas to increase engagement and reach.
• Support content shoots and coordinate with internal teams.
• Track social media performance and identify what's working.
• Contribute ideas around AgroStar workplace culture.

What we are looking for:

• Students pursuing Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Journalism, or a related field.
• Strong interest in social media, content creation, and digital trends.
• Good communication and creative skills.
• Comfortable with Instagram, Reels, trends, and content formats.
• Basic knowledge of Canva / CapCut or similar tools is a plus.
• Share your most trending/best-performing Reel along with your resume.
