About Swiv

Built for young adults. Swiv is a nightlife and social discovery app that shows college students what's happening tonight: live events, the best spots, where friends are going, and tickets all in one place. We launched at Syracuse University this fall and are expanding to new campuses this year.

We're an early stage startup, which means your work won't sit in a drafts folder. What you create gets posted, seen by thousands of students, and directly shapes how Swiv grows.

What You'll Do

• Plan, shoot, and edit short form video content for Instagram Reels and TikTok
• Help manage the @swiv.app Instagram account, including posting, captions, and stories
• Cover Swiv events and campus launches with photo and video content
• Spot trends early and turn them into content that fits the Swiv brand
• Track post performance and report on what's working and what isn't
• Work with student creators, venues, and event partners on collaborations
• Brainstorm campaigns for new campus launches with the founding team

Who You Are

• A current college student or recent graduate
• Someone who lives on social media and understands what college students actually engage with
• Comfortable filming and editing on your phone (CapCut, Canva, Instagram Edits, or similar)
• Creative, self driven, and able to work without being told every step
• Reliable with deadlines, even in a fast moving environment

Nice to Have

• Experience running a social account for a club, organization, or brand
• An existing following or a portfolio of content you've made
• Connections to Greek life, nightlife, or campus event scenes
