The Role

We need someone who lives on Instagram, talks to people easily, and doesn't let things slip through the cracks.

You'll own the day-to-day of our influencer outreach — finding creators, sliding into DMs, pitching collaborations, coordinating orders, and making sure content actually gets posted. You'll also handle our brand's Instagram inbox: responding to DMs, engaging with comments, and keeping conversations moving.

This isn't a "watch and learn" internship. You'll be doing real work from week one.

Important: This is a 3-month internship with a clear path to a full-time role. We're looking for someone who's available to join full-time after the internship period — not a college project or a summer fill-in.

What You'll Do

• Influencer outreach — identify and reach out to creators via Instagram DMs, pitch collaborations, negotiate terms, and follow up until the loop is closed
• Collaboration coordination — manage influencer orders, track deliveries, confirm content timelines, and make sure nothing falls through
• Community management — handle the brand's Instagram DMs and comments daily; be the voice of Qurvii in every interaction
• Tracking & reporting — maintain a clean tracker of all influencer conversations, order statuses, content deliverables, and results
• Trend spotting — stay plugged into what's working on Instagram — trending formats, rising creators, viral content styles — and bring ideas to the team

What You Need

• Strong written English — your DMs and comments will represent the brand
• Fluency in Instagram — you understand how the platform works, not just how to scroll it
• Organised and reliable — you can juggle 30+ conversations without dropping any
• Proactive — you follow up without being asked and flag problems early
• Comfortable with Google Sheets or willing to pick it up fast
• Sharp eye for detail — names, order numbers, deadlines don't get mixed up

Bonus (Not Required)

• Basic video editing (CapCut, VN, InShot or similar)
• Familiarity with Instagram Reels and Stories as content formats
• Genuine interest in fashion, styling, and creator culture
• Any experience creating content for a brand or personal page
