About the Role

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Intern to help enhance the company’s online visibility and strengthen its social media presence. The intern will assist in creating engaging and relevant content that showcases the company, its services, activities, and achievements while maintaining a consistent and professional online presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the company’s social media accounts, particularly Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Create and publish engaging content that highlights the company, its services, activities, and achievements.
• Develop creative ideas for social media posts, reels, stories, and other content formats.
• Help maintain a consistent and active social media presence.
• Research relevant social media trends and content ideas that can help increase the company’s visibility.
• Create captions, graphics, and short-form videos aligned with the company’s brand and communication style.
• Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.
• Assist in planning and maintaining a social media content calendar.
• Track basic social media metrics such as reach, engagement, views, and follower growth.
• Suggest creative ways to improve the company’s social media presence and audience engagement.
• Assist with other social media and content-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
• Strong interest in social media and content creation.
• Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Creative and has a good eye for engaging and visually appealing content.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar content creation tools.
• Proactive, organized, and willing to learn.
• Experience managing a social media account, organization page, or similar platform is a plus.
