Social Media Lead

We’re seeking a Social Media Lead to develop and execute TeKnowledge’s global social media strategy, driving brand visibility, supporting demand generation, and ensuring consistency across markets. This role partners closely with Marketing, Sales, Creative, and Executive teams to deliver high-impact content and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of TeKnowledge’s global social media strategy.
• Ensure alignment with brand positioning, business objectives, and go-to-market priorities.
• Oversee creation, planning, and management of multi-platform content calendars.
• Partner with Creative to ensure visual and narrative consistency.
• Drive continuous improvement through quarterly strategy and performance reviews.
• Maintain governance of messaging, tone of voice, and brand consistency across all social channels.
• Support Sales and Marketing with copywriting for presentations, blogs, case studies, and campaign assets.
• Review and refine contributed content to ensure clarity, quality, and alignment with messaging frameworks.
• Support up to four executives with tailored content strategies and social media plans.
• Manage and grow the CEO’s LinkedIn presence, ensuring alignment with corporate narrative.
• Develop and publish executive blogs, targeting four per executive per year.
• Conduct baseline and ongoing analysis of social media performance across platforms.
• Track KPIs including engagement quality, targeted audience growth, and content contribution to awareness and demand.
• Deliver quarterly insights on web traffic, campaign alignment, and audience trends.
• Apply insights to optimize social strategy and executive thought-leadership content.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Creative, and Executive teams to ensure messaging and priorities are aligned.
• Serve as a steward of brand narrative, messaging integrity, and content governance.

Qualifications

• 5 to 9 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree (required).
