Social Media Live Host & Content Creator

The Social Media Live Host is responsible for conducting engaging live streaming sessions on TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram to promote travel packages, attract potential customers, increase brand awareness, and generate sales.

Key Responsibilities

1. Live Streaming & Hosting

• Conduct regular TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram Live sessions.
• Promote Hajj, Umrah, and international tour packages.
• Present package information confidently and professionally.
• Engage with viewers and respond to questions during live sessions.
• Encourage viewers to make inquiries and confirm bookings.

2. Social Media Marketing

• Create engaging videos, reels, and promotional content.
• Develop creative ideas to increase followers and engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns.
• Stay updated with social media trends and marketing strategies.

3. Sales & Customer Engagement

• Generate sales leads through live streaming sessions.
• Convert potential customers into confirmed bookings.
• Follow up with interested viewers through WhatsApp or other channels.
• Promote special offers and travel campaigns.

4. Content Planning

• Prepare live streaming schedules and presentation scripts.
• Coordinate promotional content with the marketing team.
• Ensure accurate package details, pricing, and departure information.
• Maintain consistent company branding.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
