At Snatcha, you'll work on the company's actual content and social media presence while learning how content can contribute to brand awareness, inbound enquiries and business growth.

About the Role

We're looking for a Media Management Intern to help build and manage Snatcha's presence across LinkedIn and Instagram.

You'll be responsible for planning content, writing posts, coordinating publishing, turning business insights into useful content and tracking what actually performs.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys writing, Canva/design, social media and analytics and wants to understand how content contributes to business growth.

What You'll DoContent Planning

• Build and maintain a monthly content calendar
• Plan content around Snatcha's services, target audience and growth topics
• Maintain a consistent publishing schedule
• Suggest new content ideas based on trends, audience interests and business insights

Content Creation

• Write LinkedIn posts and Instagram content
• Turn growth-audit insights into educational content
• Convert case studies and client insights into engaging posts
• Create simple visual content using Canva and existing templates
• Repurpose strong content into different formats
• Maintain consistency in Snatcha's tone and messaging

Publishing & Management

• Schedule and publish content on time
• Manage the weekly content pipeline
• Coordinate with the team for approvals and feedback
• Maintain an organised content library

Analytics

• Track weekly reach and impressions
• Track follower growth
• Monitor engagement
• Track profile visits and enquiries
• Identify which content formats/topics perform best
• Report key insights to the team

Who We're Looking For

• Strong writing and communication skills
• Good understanding of social media
• Comfortable using Canva
• Basic understanding of social media analytics
• Creative and curious
• Good eye for simple, clean design
• Consistent and deadline-driven
• Willing to experiment with different content formats
• Able to work independently for 2–3 focused hours per day
• Students, freshers and candidates with previous content/social-media experience are welcome

Successful interns will move into the paid structure from Month 2.

Stipend — Months 2 & 3 Fixed stipend: ₹6,000/month + Performance

You can earn an additional performance bonus of up to ₹6,000/month.
