Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Manager & Content Creator with an interest in fashion, modelling, photography, and video content. The role involves creating engaging content featuring our models and growing the agency’s social media presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Instagram and other social media accounts.
• Plan content calendars and maintain a regular posting schedule.
• Shoot and edit Reels, Stories, interviews, and behind-the-scenes videos.
• Create fun and engaging content with models, including GRWM videos, lifestyle content, and fashion interviews.
• Cover shoots, castings, fashion shows, and model achievements.
• Develop fresh content ideas based on current trends.
• Coordinate with model managers and photographers for content and permissions.
• Track social media engagement and organise photos, videos, and raw footage.

Skills & Requirements

• Interest in fashion, modelling, and social media.
• Basic to good video shooting and editing skills.
• Familiarity with Instagram Reels, Stories, and trending content.
• Knowledge of CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar editing tools.
• Good communication and creative thinking skills.
• Confidence in interacting with models and filming content.
• Good time management and organisational skills.
• Freshers with strong creative skills are welcome. Previous experience or a portfolio will be an advantage.

We are looking for someone who enjoys filming, editing, interacting with people, and bringing creative ideas to life.

This role is for someone who can create, shoot, edit, and innovate—not just upload posts.
