Job Description

Green Modular Trading LLC is seeking a creative, driven, and digitally savvy Social Media Manager to lead our organic content strategy across multiple platforms. If you have a passion for storytelling through content, a strong understanding of social media trends, and experience working in dynamic digital environments, we want to hear from you. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the online presence of an internationally expanding GreenTech brand based in the heart of Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive organic social media strategy across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube;
• Plan, create, and publish high-quality content including short-form videos, reels, stories, carousels, and static posts aligned with brand guidelines;
• Manage and maintain a consistent content calendar to ensure regular and timely posting across all platforms;
• Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with influencers and content creators relevant to the brand's niche and target audience;
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, product) to align content with campaigns, product launches, and company milestones;
• Monitor social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and competitor activity to continuously refine the content approach;
• Engage actively with the community — respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster brand loyalty and audience connection;
• Track and analyse key organic performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, impressions) and provide regular performance reports;
• Adapt content style and tone for each platform to maximise organic reach and engagement;
• Ensure all content reflects the company's values around sustainability, innovation, and technology.

Candidate Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of proven experience in social media content creation and management, preferably in a brand or agency environment;
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube;
• Hands-on experience working with influencers, including outreach, negotiation, briefing, and campaign execution;
• Proficiency in video editing and content creation tools (e.g. CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, or equivalent);
• Deep understanding of organic growth strategies, platform algorithms, and audience engagement techniques;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus;
• Creative mindset with a strong eye for aesthetics, visual storytelling, and brand consistency;
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple content streams and deadlines simultaneously;
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision;
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, YouTube Studio);
• Prior experience in the GreenTech, sustainability, technology, or lifestyle sectors is considered an advantage.

What Does the Selection Process Look Like?
