We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer who can drive high-quality leads, optimize marketing spend, and scale digital campaigns to support business growth.

Job Overview:-

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager with 3–5 years of experience in managing social media for real estate brands.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building brand presence, driving engagement, generating organic leads,

and supporting performance campaigns across all major social platforms.

You should have a strong understanding of real estate buyer psychology, content trends, and community management.

Key Responsibilities:-

* Plan, launch, and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns for real estate projects.

* Develop performance marketing strategies based on project location, pricing, target audience, and campaign objectives.

* Manage daily advertising budgets and optimize campaigns for CPL, lead quality, site visits, and conversions.

* Conduct audience research, targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audience campaigns.

* Create and test multiple ad creatives, copy, headlines, offers, and landing pages.

* Monitor campaign performance and conduct A/B testing to improve results.

* Track leads through CRM, Google Sheets, Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking tools.

* Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.

* Coordinate with the creative, content, sales, and CRM teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

* Identify underperforming campaigns and take corrective actions quickly.

* Manage remarketing campaigns for website visitors, video viewers, leads, and existing prospects.

* Stay updated with changes in Meta Ads, Google Ads, tracking, attribution, and real estate marketing trends.

Requirements:-

• 3–5 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Strong portfolio of managing social media for residential/commercial real estate projects.
• In-depth knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and current algorithm trends.
• Excellent content planning, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
• Experience with social media management tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
• Basic understanding of Meta Ads and collaboration with paid campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of reel trends, video-first content, and community building.
• Ability to shoot and direct basic content on-site (project sites, sample flats, events).
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
• Good communication, leadership, and team coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications:-

• Experience handling social media for Bangalore real estate projects.
• Experience working with real estate developers, channel partners, and sales teams.
• Knowledge of basic photo/video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, VN, Adobe Suite).
• Understanding of SEO, YouTube optimization, and landing page content.
• Experience managing crisis communication and online reputation.
