Social Media Manager

Job summary

We are looking for an experienced, highly creative and results-driven social media manager to take ownership of our digital presence and help position Star Homes as a strong and recognisable brand in the short-let and serviced-apartment market. This is not a beginner's role. We are looking for someone who already understands how social media works.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow Star Homes' social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp Business, and other relevant platforms.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content, including posts, reels, videos, stories, and promotional campaigns.
• Transform apartment listings into compelling content that drives awareness, enquiries, and bookings.
• Monitor audience engagement, respond to enquiries, and maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase reach, engagement, followers, leads, and conversions.
• Plan and manage paid social media campaigns using Meta Business Suite and related tools.
• Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Track performance metrics and provide regular reports with actionable recommendations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of an OND qualification; higher qualifications in marketing, mass communication, digital marketing, business administration, public relations, or related fields are an advantage.
• 2–3 years of proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, content creation, or a related role.
• Experience managing social media accounts for businesses, brands, or commercial ventures.
• Experience in real estate, hospitality, tourism, or short-let property marketing is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp Business, Meta Business Suite, Canva, CapCut, and similar tools.
• Strong understanding of content creation, audience growth, lead generation, social media advertising, analytics, and conversion strategies.

Remuneration: NGN 100,000 Monthly
