About Role: We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who understands internet culture, storytelling, trends, and performance marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow social media presence across platforms
- Create content strategies and campaign calendars
- Coordinate with design and content teams for creative execution
- Track trends, viral formats, and audience behavior
- Run engagement and community-building initiatives
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize content strategy
- Collaborate on influencer and partnership campaigns
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in social media marketing
- Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, and short-form content trends
- Experience with scheduling and analytics tools
- Familiarity with AI tools for content ideation, captions, scripting, and workflow automation
- Creative mindset with strong communication skills
- Ability to balance branding with performance goals
Pay: From ₹600,000.00 per year
