Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Manage the organization's presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Develop monthly and quarterly social media content calendars.
• Create, curate and coordinate high-quality written, visual and video content.
• Develop platform-specific content strategies based on audience behaviour and trends.
• Monitor social media conversations, mentions and brand sentiment.
• Manage online communities and respond to comments, enquiries and direct messages professionally.
• Develop campaigns designed to increase reach, engagement, lead generation and conversion.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, copywriters and marketing teams.
• Monitor competitor social media activities and emerging industry trends.
• Track and analyze social media KPIs, including reach, impressions, engagement, audience growth, leads and conversions.
• Prepare periodic social media performance reports and strategic recommendations.
• Coordinate influencer and creator collaborations where applicable.
• Support paid social media campaigns in collaboration with the Digital Marketing team.
• Maintain consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across platforms.
• Stay current with platform algorithm changes, emerging trends and digital communication practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum of an HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Communications, Digital Media or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years' professional social media management experience.
• Demonstrable portfolio of successfully managed social media accounts.
• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their respective content strategies.
• Strong copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or comparable content-creation tools.
• Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and social media analytics platforms.
• Experience with social media advertising is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and creative thinking abilities.
• Ability to interpret social media data and translate insights into strategy.
