Position Summary

Nexora Virtual Solutions is seeking a creative, organized, and results-oriented Social Media Manager to manage and grow social media presence for our clients.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing social media accounts, developing content strategies, creating and repurposing content, producing short-form videos, optimizing content for search, and analyzing social media performance. The candidate should be comfortable working independently, managing multiple accounts, and collaborating with clients and internal team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain social media accounts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with client goals.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content using content calendars.
• Repurpose long-form content into posts, carousels, Reels, and short-form videos.
• Create and edit short-form videos and social media graphics using Canva.
• Write engaging captions, copy, headlines, and calls to action (CTAs).
• Apply SEO principles, keywords, and hashtags to improve reach and discoverability.
• Research trends, competitors, relevant topics, keywords, and hashtags.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions.
• Track social media analytics, prepare performance reports, and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with clients and marketing teams while maintaining brand guidelines.
• Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, platform updates, and content best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience managing social media accounts for businesses or brands, particularly Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Experience developing social media strategies and managing content calendars.
• Strong content creation and content repurposing skills, including posts, carousels, Reels, and short-form videos.
• Proficiency in Canva and basic video editing for social media content.
• Strong copywriting skills, including captions, headlines, and calls to action (CTAs).
• Working knowledge of SEO, keywords, hashtags, and social media content optimization.
• Ability to research social media trends, competitors, relevant topics, keywords, and hashtags.
• Ability to monitor social media analytics and use performance data to recommend improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with US-based clients or international brands.
• Previous experience working for a digital marketing or social media agency.
• Experience with paid social media advertising, particularly Meta Ads.
• Familiarity with social media management and scheduling tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, or similar platforms.
• Experience using video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software.
• Knowledge of advanced SEO, keyword research, and content optimization.
• Experience using AI tools for content research, ideation, writing, editing, content repurposing, or workflow automation.
