SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

Risky Coffee & Skate Shop is looking for a Social Media Manager.

Risky is a new specialty coffee and skate shop in Abuja, and we want to build a brand that feels young, creative, and visually strong.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Develop and manage Risky’s social media presence across Instagram, TikTok and other relevant platforms
• Create and manage a consistent content calendar
• Come up with creative ideas for Reels, TikToks, Stories and photo content
• Shoot and/or coordinate content in the shop
• Capture the atmosphere, coffee, skating, people, events and culture around Risky
• Write captions and copy that feel natural to the brand
• Stay on top of trends without blindly following them
• Engage with our community and help grow Risky’s online presence
• Track performance and use insights to improve content

You should:

• Have a strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok
• Have a good eye for visuals, style and branding
• Be creative and able to come up with ideas independently
• Understand how to make content that people actually want to watch and share
• Be comfortable filming on a phone and creating/editing short-form video
• Understand Abuja’s creative, lifestyle, coffee and/or skate culture
• Be reliable, organised and proactive
• Ideally have experience managing a brand or business account

Most importantly: we’re looking for someone with taste. Someone who understands that social media is not just about posting but about building a world around a brand.
