Social Media Manager

We are looking for a creative and organized Social Media Manager to manage our social media presence and develop engaging content. The ideal candidate will understand different platforms, audience behavior, and current social media trends.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily social media activities across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Plan and maintain content calendars.
• Develop ideas for posts, Reels, Stories, and short-form videos.
• Write captions and prepare content for publishing.
• Schedule and publish content across social media platforms.
• Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.
• Track content performance and prepare basic reports.
• Research trends and identify new content opportunities.
• Work with creative and marketing teams on campaigns.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across platforms.
• Make improvements based on content performance and feedback.

Requirements

• Previous experience in social media management or content creation.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms.
• Knowledge of current social media trends and content formats.
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization and time management.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
