Role Overview

We are hiring a Social Media Manager to own our voice across social platforms. The role is part strategist, part editor, part community builder — turning the brand into a presence people actually want to follow.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, TikTok, and YouTube

• Manage editorial calendar and ship campaigns aligned with brand and business goals

• Engage with the community in comments, DMs, and conversations across platforms

• Track performance metrics and report monthly on growth and engagement

• Partner with creative on assets and with paid media on amplification

• Stay on top of platform changes, formats, and emerging trends

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 3+ years managing brand social presence at scale

• Strong copywriting skills with a clear voice and platform-native instincts

• Hands-on with social management tools (Sprout, Hootsuite, Later, Buffer)

• Working knowledge of social ad platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok)

• Visual eye for content design (Canva, basic Figma) is a plus

• Curiosity and bias for testing new formats and approaches
