Salary: ₹40,000–45,000 per month

Role Overview

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, creating, managing, and optimizing content across all digital platforms to strengthen brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand objectives
• Create and manage content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube
• Plan and maintain monthly content calendars
• Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports
• Manage paid ad campaigns and coordinate with the marketing team
• Ensure timely posting and platform consistency
• Respond to comments, messages, and maintain community engagement
• Collaborate with designers, videographers, and internal teams
• Stay updated with trends, hashtags, and platform algorithm changes

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of major social media platforms
• Content creation and copywriting skills
• Basic graphic design (Canva/Photoshop preferred)
• Video editing knowledge (Reels, Shorts)
• Ability to analyze insights and optimize content
• Creative thinking and trend awareness
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work under deadlines

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in social media management
• Portfolio of past work preferred
