Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with the company’s marketing and business objectives.
• Manage the company’s social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and other relevant platforms.
• Create, curate, and publish engaging content, including posts, videos, stories, and campaigns.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely communication.
• Monitor social media platforms, respond to comments and messages, and maintain positive relationships with followers and customers.
• Track social media trends, audience behaviour, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns to generate awareness, engagement, leads, and sales.
• Work closely with the marketing, sales, and creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as reach, engagement, follower growth, leads, conversions, and campaign performance.
• Manage paid social media advertising campaigns where applicable.
• Protect and maintain the company’s online reputation and escalate customer complaints or sensitive issues when necessary.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of BSc.
• 1 year of previous experience in a similar role.
