About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented Social Media Manager & Content Distribution Specialist to join our team.

Your primary responsibility will be making sure our clients’ content gets distributed professionally and consistently across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

This is not a role where you simply schedule posts.

You will be responsible for taking finished short-form and long-form video content and turning it into social media posts that catch attention, build authority, generate engagement, and ultimately help our clients book more qualified appointments.

You will also create high-quality YouTube thumbnails and Reel covers, write compelling titles and captions, engage with audiences, respond to comments, perform social outreach, and track content performance.

You will work directly with our team to continuously improve our clients’ social media presence and content strategy.

Our Mission

Our mission is to distribute short-form and long-form content that makes our clients look professional, captures attention, builds their authority, and helps them generate more qualified leads and appointments through social media.

We help entrepreneurs and business owners use content to build their personal brands and scale their businesses.

As part of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to work remotely, develop valuable marketing skills, grow with the company, and work alongside a team committed to continuous improvement.

  • TikTok
  • YouTube Shorts
  • YouTube Long-Form
  • LinkedIn
  • Instagram & Facebook Stories

You may manage 1–3 client accounts at a time, depending on workload.

Typical monthly content volume may include:

  • 30–90 short-form videos
  • 8–24 long-form YouTube videos
  • Daily Stories and supporting social content

Every piece of content must be published accurately, professionally, and on schedule.

Thumbnail & Cover Design

A major part of this position is understanding how to visually package content.

You must be able to create high-quality, attention-grabbing thumbnails and covers using Canva or similar design software.

You will create:

  • YouTube thumbnails
  • YouTube Shorts covers
  • Instagram Reel covers
  • Facebook Reel covers
  • Other social graphics when needed

You should understand concepts such as:

  • Curiosity
  • Contrast
  • Facial expressions
  • Visual hierarchy
  • Readable typography
  • Simple messaging
  • Pattern interruption
  • Click-through rate
  • Mobile-first design

We don’t want generic Canva templates.

Your thumbnails should make someone want to click the video before they even know who the creator is.

Titles, Captions & Copy

You will use the content of each video to create:

  • Attention-grabbing titles
  • YouTube titles
  • Social media captions
  • Hooks
  • Descriptions
  • Calls to action

You will be trained on our processes and may use tools such as ChatGPT to help generate ideas, but you are ultimately responsible for making sure everything sounds natural and matches the client’s brand.

Excellent English spelling and grammar are required.

Community Management & Engagement

You will actively manage client social media communities.

This can include:

  • Sending Facebook friend requests
  • Sending LinkedIn connection requests
  • Sending personalized introduction messages
  • Starting conversations with potential prospects
  • Responding to inbound DMs
  • Helping move qualified prospects toward booking an appointment

Typical activity may include:

  • 50–100 connection/friend requests per day
  • 25–50 personalized outreach messages per day

The goal is not to spam people.

The goal is to start genuine conversations with the right people and help turn social media attention into business opportunities.

  • Look for opportunities to improve titles, thumbnails, hooks, posting, and engagement
  • Communicate challenges or opportunities to the team

Monthly Responsibilities

You will meet 1-on-1 with Jay Espitia for performance review, strategy, and additional training.

The goal is continuous improvement.

We want someone who wants to become significantly better at social media marketing, content distribution, and audience growth over time.

Quality Standards

We expect a high level of attention to detail.

Before publishing content, you should ask:

Does the video have a strong hook?

Would someone scrolling their feed want to stop and watch?

Does the content provide value?

Did the viewer learn something, feel something, get entertained, or gain a new perspective?

Does the video make sense without knowing the creator?

A new viewer should be able to understand the content without already following the client.

Would someone share it?

Great content should create enough value, emotion, entertainment, or curiosity that people want to send it to someone else.

Does the content work without sound?

Captions and on-screen text should make the video easy to understand even when someone isn’t listening to the audio.

Is everything accurate?

Spelling, grammar, titles, captions, thumbnails, links, tags, and formatting must be checked before publishing.

Our goal is to minimize preventable revisions and mistakes.

Success Metrics

Your performance will be measured based on:

  • Content published accurately and on time
  • Thumbnail quality
  • Reel cover quality
  • Title and caption quality
  • Content engagement
  • Audience growth
  • Social outreach completed

  • Zoom
  • Instagram
  • Facebook
  • YouTube
  • TikTok
  • LinkedIn
  • Google Sheets

These aren’t required, but they are a major advantage:

  • YouTube thumbnail design experience
  • Graphic design experience
  • YouTube channel management
  • Short-form content strategy
  • Personal-brand management

You take ownership of the client’s social media presence.
