About the Role

• Beyond Script is looking for a creative and experienced Social Media Manager to join our full-time team.
• The ideal candidate should understand social media beyond just posting content and should be capable of managing brands, developing strategies, and creating content that drives engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Develop and execute social media strategies and content calendars.
• Plan and manage reels, posts, stories, captions, and other social media content.
• Research social media trends, formats, and emerging content opportunities.
• Schedule and publish content consistently.
• Monitor audience engagement and manage community interactions.
• Track social media performance and prepare basic performance reports.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and other creative team members.
• Generate creative content ideas and campaign concepts.
• Manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.
• Stay updated with platform updates, algorithms, and best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
• Good content writing and copywriting skills.
• Strong understanding of social media strategy and content planning.
• Ability to identify and leverage relevant trends.
• Knowledge of social media analytics and performance metrics.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects independently.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

• Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Working Days: Monday to Friday + 1st and 3rd Saturday
• Weekly Off: Sunday and 4th Saturday
• Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹35,000 per month
• Joining: Immediate

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
