Role Summary: Great Pelanks is seeking a creative, confident, and customer-focused Social Media Manager to manage and grow our immigration and travel social media platforms. The successful candidate will create engaging content, appear confidently on camera, use relevant digital tools, respond professionally to customer enquiries, and work independently to deliver consistent results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a consistent content calendar across Great Pelanks’ immigration and travel social media platforms.
• Create, edit, and publish engaging posts, short-form videos, stories, reels, graphics, and informative updates.
• Present confidently on camera for educational videos, promotional content, service updates, and question-and-answer sessions.
• Use social media management, graphic design, video-editing, scheduling, analytics, and customer relationship tools effectively.
• Monitor messages, comments, and enquiries, providing prompt, accurate, courteous, and professional responses.
• Explain Great Pelanks’ services clearly while avoiding unsupported promises or personal immigration advice outside approved company guidance.
• Track content performance, audience growth, engagement, and enquiries, and provide regular reports with practical recommendations.
• Stay informed about platform trends and relevant immigration and travel updates, confirming information with approved company sources before publication.
• Maintain the company’s brand voice, visual standards, confidentiality, and professional reputation across all channels.
• Work with minimal supervision, meet deadlines, take ownership of assigned tasks, and escalate complex customer matters appropriately.

Required Skills and Qualities

• Experience managing business social media accounts or a strong portfolio demonstrating relevant ability.
• Confident, clear, and professional communication on camera and in writing.
• Practical ability to learn and use content creation, design, video-editing, scheduling, analytics, and messaging tools.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their content formats, audiences, and best practices.
• Excellent customer service, spelling, grammar, attention to detail, and organisational skills.
• Fast learner who can adapt to new tools, processes, services, and platform changes.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work effectively without close supervision.
• Sound judgement when handling customer information, sensitive enquiries, and public-facing communications.
• Interest in immigration, travel, tourism, or international mobility services is an advantage.

Pay: ₦100,000.00 - ₦200,000.00 per month
