Social Media Manager

About the role

The Social Media Manager creates, edits, and optimizes social media content across platforms including Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram. This role involves managing paid advertising campaigns, analyzing performance data, and coordinating with marketing teams to maintain consistent branding and promotional strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Create, edit, and optimize social media post content, captions, and promotional materials
• Manage and publish content across social media platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram
• Set up, manage, and monitor boosted posts and paid advertising campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and conversions
• Analyze social media performance data, including reach, impressions, engagement, clicks, and audience growth
• Prepare performance reports and recommend strategies to improve content effectiveness and advertising results
• Monitor audience engagement, comments, messages, and overall account performance
• Coordinate with the Marketing, E-commerce, and Content Creation teams to ensure consistent branding and promotional campaigns

About you

• Experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field is an advantage
• Knowledge of social media advertising and post boosting, particularly through Meta Ads Manager
• Able to analyze data and interpret social media performance metrics
• Creative, detail-oriented, and familiar with current social media trends
• Proficient in creating and editing captions, posts, and promotional content
• Knowledge of Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and other social media platforms
• Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting
