Social Media Manager

Position: Social Media Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Create, edit, and optimize social media post content, captions, and promotional materials.
• Manage and publish content across social media platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram.
• Set up, manage, and monitor boosted posts and paid advertising campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Analyze social media performance data, including reach, impressions, engagement, clicks, and audience growth.
• Prepare performance reports and recommend strategies to improve content effectiveness and advertising results.
• Monitor audience engagement, comments, messages, and overall account performance.
• Coordinate with the Marketing, E-commerce, and Content Creation teams to ensure consistent branding and promotional campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
• Knowledge of social media advertising and post boosting, particularly through Meta Ads Manager.
• Able to analyze data and interpret social media performance metrics.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and familiar with current social media trends.
• Proficient in creating and editing captions, posts, and promotional content.
• Knowledge of Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
• Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting.

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
