Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Strategy & Management

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand objectives.
• Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Prepare monthly content calendars and campaign plans.
• Maintain consistent brand identity and communication across platforms.

2. Content Creation & Planning

• Plan engaging reels, posts, stories, videos, and promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, copywriters, and video editors.
• Create innovative content ideas based on current trends.
• Ensure high-quality content aligned with the brand's positioning.

3. Influencer Marketing & Brand Promotion

• Identify and collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and content creators.
• Manage influencer marketing campaigns and collaborations.
• Develop brand awareness campaigns for new product launches.
• Coordinate product promotions and digital marketing activities.

4. Performance Marketing & Analytics

• Monitor social media reach, engagement, followers, and conversions.
• Work with the performance marketing team on Meta advertising campaigns.
• Track campaign performance and optimize content strategies.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

5. Competitor Research & Trend Analysis

• Monitor competitor brands in the nutraceutical, health, and wellness industries.
• Research emerging social media trends and viral content opportunities.
• Recommend innovative strategies to improve brand visibility.

6. Community Management

• Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.
• Maintain a positive online brand reputation.
• Coordinate with customer support teams for social media inquiries.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Experience with Meta Business Suite, social media analytics, and scheduling tools.
• Strong creative thinking, communication, and content planning skills.
• Experience managing influencer collaborations and brand campaigns.
• Understanding of D2C, FMCG, nutraceutical, or wellness brands will be an added advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
