About the Role

Shiva Marketing Solutions is looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Manager to manage social media accounts for our company and clients. The ideal candidate should understand social media trends, content planning, audience engagement, and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Create monthly social media content calendars and posting schedules.
• Plan and execute engaging posts, reels, stories, and campaigns.
• Write creative captions, relevant hashtags, and engaging post copy.
• Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for content creation.
• Research trending topics, audio, and social media trends.
• Monitor account performance, reach, engagement, and follower growth.
• Manage client accounts and ensure timely content delivery.
• Develop strategies to improve brand awareness and audience engagement.

Requirements

• Good understanding of social media platforms and current trends.
• Strong communication and content-writing skills.
• Creative thinking and content-planning abilities.
• Basic knowledge of Canva and social media analytics is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.
• Previous experience in social media management will be preferred.
