Job Summary

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to take ownership of our social media strategy, content planning, community engagement and performance across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, short-form content, platform algorithms and analytics, with the ability to turn trends and creative ideas into engaging content.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies and content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, X, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
• Plan and oversee short-form videos, Reels, memes, carousels and trend-based content.
• Monitor social media trends, formats, audio and cultural moments and convert relevant trends into content opportunities.
• Manage community engagement, including comments, messages and interactions with followers.
• Coordinate with influencers, creators and brand partners for campaigns and collaborations.
• Work closely with designers, video editors and content creators to execute campaigns.
• Track key metrics including reach, engagement, follower growth, video retention and conversions.
• Prepare weekly and monthly social media performance reports.
• Conduct A/B testing of hooks, formats, captions and posting strategies.
• Manage paid social campaigns and budgets when required.
• Mentor and coordinate with junior team members, freelancers and external agencies.
• Maintain consistent brand voice across social media channels.
• Handle sensitive social media situations and coordinate responses to PR-related issues.
• Participate in creative meetings, brainstorming sessions, shoots and campaign planning.
• Capture and coordinate real-time content for events, shoots and behind-the-scenes activities.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience managing social media for a brand, agency or media company.
• Demonstrated experience growing social media accounts or producing high-performing content.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms and short-form video best practices.
• Excellent copywriting skills, including captions, hooks and social media content.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, Canva, CapCut, Hootsuite, Buffer or Sprout Social.
• Comfortable analysing social media data and converting insights into actionable strategies.
• Strong communication, coordination and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working on-site in Oshiwara, Mumbai.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
