Position: Social Media Manager (Full-time/ On-site)

We are looking for a confident, outgoing, and creative Social Media Manager who is comfortable being the face of our brand across social media platforms.

The ideal candidate should:

• Be confident on camera and comfortable appearing in Instagram Reels, Stories, TikTok videos, and other social media content.
• Have an extroverted personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be comfortable interacting with clients at Wrap & Roll Studio, understanding their gifting needs, and showcasing our products and services.
• Create engaging video content featuring gift wrapping, customised hampers, flowers, perfumes, and other gifting solutions.
• Have a natural flair for presenting and storytelling, making our brand relatable, engaging, and memorable.
• Be proactive and energetic, willing to approach customers, participate in content creation, and bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Represent the brand professionally while creating an enjoyable and welcoming experience for our customers.

Important: This is not a purely behind-the-scenes social media role. We need someone who is confident on camera, enjoys engaging with people, and is happy to actively participate in creating content while interacting with clients in-store. Required Skillset: Content Creation and Scheduling (posts, reels, stories), Community Management, Marketing, Campaigns, Lead Generation, Collaborations, Promotions, PR, Strong Written and Spoken English.
