The Creatives are on the hunt for talented and experienced professionals who specialize in social media and creative copywriting to join our Digital Team.

As our team continues to grow, we are looking for a new member to become part of a dynamic

in-house team of 12+ marketing, creative, strategy, design, content, and digital professionals.

This role goes beyond day-to-day social media management.

It combines strategic thinking, content creation, platform expertise, and a deep understanding of how digital communication actually performs.

As a member of our tribe, you’ll work on exciting projects for well-known and prestigious brands across hospitality & tourism, F&B, beauty, and corporate environments, while growing alongside some of the coolest marketers out there.

C_Responsibilities

• Develop social media strategy frameworks for our clients’ brands
• Craft advertising-driven content for social media and digital campaigns
• Design and manage content calendars based on strategy, insights, and trends
• Adapt content per platform and client
• Create copy in English and Greek for social media, digital listings, and digital press releases
• Edit and produce content using Canva and CapCut
• Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) to enhance creative output
• Community management and real-time content opportunities
• Stay up to date with all social platforms and emerging formats
• Analyze performance and prepare social media reports with insights
• Communicate with clients, prepare clear briefs , and present when needed
• Collaborate closely with creative, media, and strategy teams

C_Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in social media within a creative or digital advertising agency
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook
• Proven experience in advertising-style social copywriting
• Ability to think in campaigns , not just posts
• Demonstrated examples of content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok ( Portfolio required )
• Proficiency in Canva and CapCut
• AI-savvy mindset and comfort using AI tools in workflows
• Experience working with social planning and reporting tools (i.e. Sprinklr, Emplifi, Meta Business Suite)
• Experience in reporting, analysis, and KPI tracking
• A Digital certification is definitely a plus
• Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills
• Excellent command of English and Greek
