Social Media Manager

A multinational company focused on the manufacturing and distribution of electronic devices is looking for a strategic MKT position.

1. Responsabilities

• Lead the social media strategy, content planning, and daily social media operations in Brazil, taking ownership of the current social media scope.
• Manage the editorial calendar, publishing schedule, and community engagement across channels such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Plan local content and campaigns aligned with brand and product objectives, including partnerships with creators.
• Coordinate agencies, production teams, and influencers, overseeing briefs, deliverable quality, and results.
• Monitor reach, engagement, views, audience growth, and generated traffic, adjusting the strategy accordingly.
• Collaborate with sales, e-commerce, and marketing teams on product launches, promotional campaigns, and brand initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience in social media, content marketing, or digital communications, with examples of channel or project management.
• Experience with smartphone, consumer electronics, or consumer goods brands is a plus; experience with a mobile phone brand or competitor is preferred.
• Knowledge of the social media ecosystem, content tone and style, and working with creators in Brazil.
• Fluent Portuguese and English proficiency for professional communication. (The hiring process will be in english).
• Skills in content evaluation, project management, cross-team communication, and results analysis.
