Position Summary

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to create engaging content and manage social media activities across multiple platforms. This role will focus on developing creative materials, promoting products and events, and monitoring audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

● Create engaging social media content, including graphics, captions, videos, reels, and promotional materials.

● Develop creative content for products, services, events, and upcoming campaigns.

● Create video reels and short-form content from events, activities, and existing media.

● Prepare promotional content for 4 live Zoom sessions per week, ensuring posts are

published sufficiently in advance to build awareness and attendance.

● Create content to promote products, offers, announcements, and other marketing

initiatives.

● Develop and manage text-based and chat-based campaigns.

● Create and maintain PowerPoint presentations and other visual marketing materials when needed.

● Monitor social media engagement, including comments, messages, reactions, views,

and other interactions.

● Respond to or coordinate responses to audience engagement when required.

● Monitor content performance and identify which types of posts generate stronger

engagement.

● Stay updated on social media trends and identify creative opportunities for new content.

● Repurpose existing content into different formats, such as reels, graphics, captions,

stories, and promotional posts.

● Ensure content is consistent with the brand's messaging, style, and overall marketing

objectives.

● Maintain an organized content calendar and ensure scheduled content is published on

time.

Requirements

● Experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.

● Strong creative and visual communication skills.

● Experience creating social media graphics, reels, short-form videos, and promotional

content.

● Good understanding of social media engagement and content performance.

● Strong writing and communication skills.

● Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut, PowerPoint, Meta Business Suite, or

similar platforms.

● Ability to manage multiple content deadlines independently.

● Creative, proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.

● Experience promoting products, events, webinars, or live sessions is a plus
