Social Media Manager

Are you creative, organized, and passionate about creating professional social media content? Above & Beyond Complete Grounds Maintenance is looking for a Part-Time Social Media & Marketing Manager to help showcase our work, strengthen our online presence, and bring our projects to life across digital platforms.

We are a full-service outdoor services company specializing in landscaping, lawn care, swimming pool installation, patios, retaining walls, and custom outdoor living spaces. We take pride in the quality of our work, and we want our online presence to reflect that same level of professionalism.

What You'll Do

• Manage and create content for our social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.
• Plan and maintain a consistent content calendar.
• Capture and edit photos and videos showcasing completed projects, before-and-after transformations, and behind-the-scenes work.
• Create engaging Reels and educational content that highlights our expertise and services.
• Update and maintain our company website.
• Manage content for our Daktronics digital sign.
• Develop creative ideas that align with our brand, target audience, and business goals.
• Monitor engagement and performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work collaboratively with our team to gather project information, coordinate content, and ensure everything represents our company professionally.

What We're Looking For

• Experience managing social media for a business or brand.
• Strong writing, photography, video editing, and content creation skills.
• A good eye for detail, quality, and professional presentation.
• Creativity balanced with sound judgment and an understanding of business branding.
• Strong organization, communication, and time-management skills.
• The ability to plan ahead, meet deadlines, accept feedback, and follow through on commitments.
• Someone who can work independently while collaborating with our team and taking direction from the Office Manager.
• Experience in landscaping, construction, home improvement, outdoor living, or other visual industries is a plus.
• Experience with WordPress, Canva, CapCut, Analytics, CRM Software, and Metricool preferred.

Position Details

• Part-time, in-house position
• Omaha, Nebraska
• Schedule: 3 days per week, 6 hours per day (18 hours per week)
• Pay: $25.00 per hour
• Reports directly to the Office Manager
• Must be available to work on-site to collaborate with our team and capture photos and videos of company projects.
