About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic hybrid professional to own our digital brand presence, content production, and customer retention. You will turn online engagement and influencer partnerships into long-term customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media: Plan, create, and manage content calendars across all channels to drive growth, engagement, and brand awareness.
• Shoots: Lead hands-on content and product shoots, directing visual assets for feeds, stories, and campaigns.
• Influencers: Identify, pitch, and manage creator partnerships to expand our community footprint and campaign reach.
• CRM & Connection: Own email/SMS marketing, customer lifecycle journeys, and audience segmentation to drive retention.
• Community: Act as the brand's voice, directly engaging with followers, DMs, and customer feedback.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in social media, content creation.
• An eye for visual storytelling and organizing content shoots.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Pay: Up to ₹28,000.00 per month
