Compensation: ₦150,000 / month
Position Overview : We are looking for a creative, skilled, and results-driven Social Media Manager to take charge of our online presence. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing compelling content strategies across our social media platforms, growing our audience, and building strong digital engagement.
Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Produce high-quality, engaging content (graphics, videos, captions, and reels) tailored to each social media platform.
• Strategy & Planning: Develop and manage a consistent content calendar aligned with our brand goals and target audience.
• Community Engagement: Monitor social channels, respond to comments and messages, and actively interact with our online community.
• Performance Tracking: Analyze social media metrics and insights to evaluate campaign success and optimize future strategies.
• Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, social media algorithms, and emerging content formats.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum of a B.Sc. or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience managing active brand social media pages with a strong portfolio showcasing content creation skills.
• Content Creation Skills: Exceptional ability to create engaging visuals, short-form videos (Reels/TikToks), and compelling copy.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong creative eye.
• Tech & Tools: Proficient with social media management tools, graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite), and video editing apps.
