What they need

A fast-growing online gaming company in Gibraltar is looking for a hands-on Social Media Manager to own social channels end to end: strategy, calendar.

Main responsibilities

Own the social strategy and monthly content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X and YouTube
Manage the content : short-form video, reels, memes, stories and platform-native copy
Plan content around game launches, promotions and seasonal moments
Source and manage creators and freelancers
Track and report on what drives traffic, sign-ups and engagement

Main Requirements

2+ years in social media or content roles
A portfolio of content you made, with results behind it
Performance mindset: comfortable with analytics, and measurement
Native-level English

Nice to have

Experience in gaming, iGaming or social casino
Familiarity with AI content tools
