We work across industries including aesthetics, wellness, entertainment, and B2B, and pride ourselves on being organized, collaborative, and results-driven.

We are seeking a Social Media Manager to own the day-to-day execution and internal content strategy for up to six client accounts.

Role Overview

This role is responsible for planning and producing social media content across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn using existing brand kits and strategic direction.

This is a strategy + execution role focused on creating clean, on-brand content efficiently and consistently.

This role does NOT include:

• Filming or on-site content shoots
• Paid advertising management

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy

• Develop monthly content calendars for assigned clients
• Select content formats, hooks, and creative angles aligned with brand goals
• Adapt trends thoughtfully to each brand’s voice and platform
• Iterate on strategy month-to-month based on qualitative performance insights

Content Production

• Edit short-form video content (Reels & TikToks) using provided footage
• Design static posts and LinkedIn graphics (Canva preferred)
• Write concise, on-brand captions and post copy
• Schedule content using internal scheduling tools
• Ensure all deliverables meet brand and quality standards

Collaboration and Workflow

• Collaborate closely with the Social Ease team on approvals and timelines
• Deliver content in organized monthly batches
• Implement feedback efficiently (maximum one round of revisions)
• Maintain clear organization of assets, folders, and content calendars

What Success Looks Like

• Content is consistently delivered on time and aligned with brand standards
• Content calendars are proactive and strategically planned
• Minimal revisions are required
• Strong consistency across all assigned client accounts
• Smooth, predictable workflow month-to-month

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in social media content creation
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn best practices
• Confident in short-form video editing
• Strong eye for design and brand consistency
• Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously
• Highly organized and self-directed
• Proficient in Canva and common scheduling tools

Nice to Have

• Experience working within an agency environment
• B2B content experience (especially LinkedIn)
• Basic understanding of content performance metrics
• Strong social media copywriting skills

What This Role Is Not

• Not a client-facing role
• Not a filming or photography role
• Not a heavy analytics or reporting role
• Not a paid ads role
