Social Media Manager (Manila-based)

We are looking for a culturally plugged-in Social Media Manager based in Manila, Philippines, to act as the voice of our clients' brands. You will drive the social strategy, oversee content calendars, and ensure our campaigns resonate deeply with online communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute socially-led content strategies and monthly editorial calendars for key brand accounts.
• Oversee community management, ensuring proactive and reactive engagement aligns with the brand's tone of voice.
• Monitor social trends, cultural moments, and platform updates to uncover real-time creative opportunities.
• Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to optimize future campaigns.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably within an advertising or creative agency.
• Currently based in Manila, Philippines.
• Advantage**:** Experience handling FMCG brands.
• Deep expertise across all major social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube) and their native analytics tools.
• Strong English copywriting skills with a sharp eye for visual aesthetics.
• Exceptional English communication and presentation.
