Social Media Manager / Specialist

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our presence across key social channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.). In this role, you will own our social media strategy, create engaging short-form content, manage community interactions, and analyze performance data to grow our audience and brand engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Plan, write, design, and produce creative posts, reels/videos, graphics, and copy across all social platforms.
• Content Calendar: Maintain a structured content calendar for consistent posting schedule.
• Community Management: Monitor channels, respond to comments and messages, and foster active conversations with our community.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years of professional experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand.
• Content Skills: Strong copywriting, basic visual design (Canva/Photoshop),
• Platform Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook analytics and best practices.

Nice-to-Haves

• Familiarity with social media management tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.).
• Video shooting & editing capabilities.
