Role Summary

Responsible for managing social media platforms, developing engaging content, creating and editing short-form videos, and supporting the agency's digital marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies and content calendars.
• Create captions, social media copy, Reels, TikToks and other digital content.
• Shoot and edit high-quality short-form videos for social media.
• Manage scheduling, publishing, comments, DMs and online engagement.
• Monitor trends and identify relevant content opportunities.
• Track and report social media performance and engagement.
• Support website content updates and digital campaigns.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in social media, content creation or digital marketing.
• Proven experience managing social media accounts.
• Strong short-form video shooting and editing skills.
• Proficiency in tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong copywriting and communication skills.
• Knowledge of social media analytics and performance metrics.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail and adaptability.
• Portfolio demonstrating social media and video content work is required.
