Social Media Manager/Content Creator

We're looking for a Social Media Manager to join our fun, vibrant, and fast-paced marketing agency!

At Agent Marketer, we specialise in helping estate and letting agents across the UK grow their businesses through digital marketing.

You'll be responsible for managing Agent Marketer's own social media presence, alongside creating exciting content and email marketing campaigns for our clients.

What You'll Be Doing

• Planning, creating, and scheduling engaging social media content across multiple platforms.
• Filming and editing reels, short-form videos, and other creative content.
• Repurposing existing content into fresh, engaging posts and videos.
• Creating eye-catching graphics, carousels, and branded content.
• Writing engaging captions, creative hooks, and marketing emails.
• Creating, scheduling, and managing email marketing campaigns.
• Developing fresh content ideas and keeping up with the latest social media trends.
• Reviewing content performance and identifying opportunities to improve reach and engagement.
• Managing content calendars and ensuring deadlines are met.

What We're Looking For

• A creative flair and a genuine passion for social media and marketing.
• Strong video editing skills and a great eye for photography and videography.
• Confidence using Canva, CapCut, or similar creative tools.
• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
• Someone highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects.
• A positive, enthusiastic attitude and the confidence to bring new ideas to the table.
• Someone who takes ownership of their work and is always looking for ways to improve.
