About the Role

Ethisol Marketing Agency is looking for a creative, energetic, and results-driven Social Media Marketer to manage social media platforms, develop engaging content, and help grow brand awareness and online engagement for the agency and its clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Develop and implement effective social media marketing strategies.
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts, reels, stories, and other digital content.
• Write compelling captions and create relevant hashtags.
• Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build online communities.
• Analyze social media performance using insights and analytics tools.
• Prepare regular performance reports and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with the design, content, and marketing teams to achieve campaign goals.
• Support paid social media campaigns when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media Studies, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in social media marketing or digital marketing is an advantage.
• Good understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms.
• Strong communication, copywriting, and creative thinking skills.
• Familiarity with Canva and social media scheduling or analytics tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager is a plus.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new trends.
