Social Media Operations Manager

About the role

This role focuses on social media operations, content production, marketing campaign execution and digital marketing. You will manage and coordinate marketing projects with a primary focus on social media operations, content production, digital marketing campaigns and campaign execution, ensuring smooth project delivery and timely completion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of major social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube, covering content planning, publishing schedules, account management, content publishing and campaign execution
• Develop and coordinate social media content plans and operational strategies based on marketing objectives, target audiences and the characteristics of different platforms
• Plan and coordinate social media content production, including content ideas, creative concepts, scripts, photography, video shooting and post-production, covering formats such as images, short-form videos, Reels and TikTok content
• Organize and coordinate social media content shoots, including preparing shooting plans, coordinating photographers, models/talent, locations, props and internal teams, as well as managing on-site execution and timelines to ensure content is completed as scheduled
• Participate in or support on-site shooting, short-form video production and creative content execution, with the ability to identify content and creative ideas suitable for social media platforms
• Coordinate with internal design, video and content teams to ensure social media assets are delivered on time, meet quality standards and align with platform and brand requirements
• Track and analyze social media performance and prepare basic reports covering key metrics such as reach, engagement, views, follower growth and content performance, providing recommendations for optimization
• Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including campaign coordination, content distribution, platform management and performance tracking
• Support offline marketing events when required, including venue coordination, vendor communication, event scheduling and on-site execution
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient workflows, clear communication and smooth project execution

About you

• At least 2 years of experience in social media operations, digital marketing, content marketing, marketing project management or related fields
• Strong hands-on experience in social media account management and marketing campaign execution
• Familiar with major social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube
• Good understanding of social media content strategy, platform trends, audience engagement and basic performance analytics
• Experience in social media content planning and production, with experience organizing short-form video, photography, Reels or TikTok shoots preferred
• Able to independently coordinate shooting teams, talent, locations and vendors, with strong on-site execution and project coordination skills
• Strong project management and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with a proactive and problem-solving attitude
• Good English communication skills are required
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment and work independently
