SOCIAL MEDIA OPERATOR 运营专员

About the role

Operate and manage social media channels in the Finance/Investment industry, including TikTok, Telegram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Publish videos, posts, and community content according to the content plan; optimize captions, hashtags, keywords, and posting schedules to improve reach and visibility
• Monitor Finance/Investment market trends, identify trending topics, industry updates, and propose content ideas suitable for social media platforms
• Manage comments, private messages, and community interactions; respond to user inquiries and guide discussions to increase community engagement
• Support the development and maintenance of user communities and help drive social media traffic to the company's main communities and core channels
• Track and organize operational data, including views, engagement rate, follower growth, community growth, and regularly report performance with optimization suggestions
• Collaborate with the Content / Video team to plan and publish content that matches market trends and user needs

About you

• Good understanding of TikTok, IG, and other social media platform operations, including posting rules, hashtags, keywords, engagement mechanisms, and basic data analysis
• Experience in social media operations; candidates with experience in finance, investment, or trading-related industries are preferred
• Strong awareness of market trends and user interests, with the ability to identify and follow trending topics in a timely manner
• Ability to create short-form content, including basic copywriting, titles, captions, and short-video content ideas
• Good communication skills, proactive working attitude, data awareness, and strong execution ability
• English or Chinese communication skills are preferred
